I can't speak highly enough of Prescott Ford in Rochelle. I have bought several vehicles from them. Have also sent family and friends. They have always done right by us. Today was a perfect example. I was driving my car and hit a RR crossing when something let loose in my right rear wheel. I was only about 15 minutes away from Prescott so I went there to see Barb in service when they opened at 7:30. She was able to get me a loaner even with such a short notice. She was short a couple of mechanics due to sickness but said she would get to my car just as soon as she could. Things like this is why I continue to go to Prescott for all my vehicles and tell anyone I can to go see them. They are top notch from their manager on through the dealership.
